This program is for anybody who desires to improve their life enjoyment for whatever reason... Especially those depressed and anxious people desiring to lead a more normal life. We will be meeting on Mondays between July 8th and September 2nd. Please come to an Introductory Session on June 10th, June 13th, or June 18th at Syringa Wellness in order to sign up.
