What can I expect from an 8-week community NDARP program? 

Although some programs have a different schedule, most meet once a week for 2 hours for a period of 8 weeks. The program is led by certified associate directors and facilitators and will consist of a combination of DVD presentations and facilitated group discussions. The combined support of the other participants and the leaders makes for a positive approach to addressing mental health topics.


Do I have to be depressed or anxious to attend?
